I have a beautifully furnished north facing studio loft available for short-term rental August 25th to September 8th for two weeks. If you need the unit only for a week that is no problem either.
The unit is 550 sq ft, has 12" ceilings, and has a north facing balcony the width of the unit along with lovely floor to ceiling windows. The space has new Brazilian Ipe hardwood floors, a double-size Murphy bed with extremely comfortable mattress, a custom built clothing armoire, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, dishwasher and right in the heart of the wonderul Cambie Village, located at Broadway and Cambie.
Cambie Village is a great neighbourhood to live in. You don't need a car as you have all amenities at your doorstep. Right across the street is the new RAV line connecting you everywhere in Vancouver, plus the #15 bus route to downtown, the #99 B-line which connects you east to west, plus transit out to Richmond and UBC. Home Sense/Winners, Home Depot, Save On Foods, Whole Foods, London Drugs, produce stands, Starbucks, Canadian Tire, Best Buy and a few city parks are all within 2-mins walking distance or directly across the street.
