We have a basement 2 bedroom suite for rent. Our house is located near where King Edward and Kingsway intersect; inner small street is quiet yet #19 and #25 buses are within 5 min walking distance. A local organic food store, laundromat, parks and restaurants are nearby.
We prefer non-smokers and people without pets. The suite is fit for quiet, responsible and tidy individuals.
High speed wireless internet and basic cable TV are included but utilities and laundry are not. Utilities will be divided equally among number of people residing in the house.
